My favorite art and home decor purchases
In 2023 I saved up some cash and invested in some new furniture, bedding, and other things that have added a lot of beauty and simple joys to everyday life.

15-minute Art Drawing: Learn how to Draw, Colour and Shade
This book created by Illustrator Jessica Smith features 50 fun marker and color pencil projects. The subjects range from whales, and flowers, to noodles and repeat patterns. I love to flip through the book and it has a special spot on my coffee table.
The paint puck brush cleaner has saved me so much time and frustration when cleaning my brushes while painting. I no longer have to risk damaging the brushes by dragging them along the bottom and sides of the water jar.
TEAMIX 42 inch white monitor riser desktop stand
A complete game changer for my desk space. Thereβs much more room for activities. Before I had just enough space for my laptop, second monitor, and maybe a decorative lamp. Now I have enough room to keep a basic art supply kit underneath the monitor stand. Because my supplies are easier to reach and put away I find myself painting more consistently.
Home decor
This media stand had been saved in my phone for years, and I finally saved up and purchased it this year. I really like the warm brown color and the woven door.
Mid-Century Art Display Round Coffee Table (34β)
When I was on the hunt for a new glass coffee table with storage, I originally wanted to get an oval shape, but changed my mind when I found this one.
400 Thread Count Performance Sheet Set - Threshold
I decided to invest in some new sheets last year, and purchased some crisp 100% cotton sheets from Target.
I learned about Hana Ceramics through Hanaβs process videos on YouTube. I fell in love with her chicken jar design and use it as a salt jar in the kitchen.
